GOOD TO KNOW

A little clarity.
Before we start.

Can a human producer remake my Suno or Udio demo?

Yes, when you have permission for the proposed use. Paul uses your demo as a reference to create new instrumental production through his own performance and production work. Share the platform, generation date, plan and permissions with your demo. Unresolved permissions are reviewed before a project is accepted.

Can you keep it close to my demo or make it sound different?

Yes. Ask Paul to keep the demo’s feel and song structure, or to take the beat in a new direction. Tell him what should stay and what should change. He confirms the work and price before starting. An exact copy is not guaranteed.

What do I get for $750?

Paul remakes your instrumental, lets you hear it before final delivery, and includes two chances to request changes to the agreed beat. You receive a finished WAV and separate instrument files called stems. This starting price is for Paul’s first three bookings. More complicated production or additional changes may cost more. Paul emails your exact price before you pay.

How do I start, and when do I pay?

Send your demo for free. Paul emails the price, what’s included, when it will be ready and the agreement. A short call can be arranged if needed. If you agree, pay half so he can start. On a $750 song, that is $375 now and $375 after you approve the beat, before you receive the final files. The agreement also explains cancellations and requests for changes.

How do the two chances to request changes work?

Listen to Paul’s version and send one list of changes, such as lowering the drums or changing the bass sound. Paul makes those changes, then you can send one more list. Both lists must stay within the plan you agreed on. A new song, a completely different direction or more lists cost extra. Paul tells you the added price before doing that work.

What are stems?

Stems are separate audio files for the drums, bass and other instruments. They let you or your mixing engineer adjust those parts separately when adding your vocals. You also get a WAV file of the complete instrumental.

Can I get exclusive rights to the new production?

Exclusive recording terms can be agreed for the rights Paul controls in the new instrumental. Your agreement spells out ownership or licensing, reuse or resale, and any songwriting or royalty shares. Additional contributors and third-party material must be addressed separately.

Does a human remake give me full rights to the entire song?

The new audio recording and the tune and words have separate rights. Replaying a beat does not automatically give you ownership of AI-created melodies or lyrics, permission to use someone else’s music, or an exemption from your AI platform’s rules. The written agreement explains the rights Paul can give you. Copyright registration and acceptance by music platforms are not guaranteed.

When will it be ready?

Paul confirms the delivery date by email before you pay. Requested changes and more complicated beats can affect the time needed.
