PROJECT REQUESTS · OCTOBER 2026

Your demo.
Your information.

This page explains how information submitted through the Paul Cabbin project-review form is handled.

What the form collects

Your name, email, demo and reference links, optional song title, genre, source platform, AI generation timing and plan where applicable, melody and lyric authorship information, source-permission details, production direction, vocal plans, requested deliverables, budget, timing, readiness, project notes and confirmation that you may share the reference. Referral parameters in the page URL may also be stored with your request so Paul can understand which promotion led to the inquiry.

Why it is collected

Paul Cabbin Music Group LLC uses the information to evaluate your project, review source permissions, discuss a quote and communicate about the requested work. Submitting a request does not place an order or sign you up for a marketing newsletter.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a hosted project database. The form does not publish your submission, and this site provides no public list of submissions. Hosting providers process information as needed to operate the site. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the submitted application details and email addresses to deliver the request to Paul. See Resend’s privacy policy. No advertising pixel or third-party analytics script has been installed on this version of the page.

YouTube videos

The credits section displays thumbnails from YouTube and plays official videos through an embedded YouTube player when you choose a video. Loading thumbnails or playing videos connects your browser to Google or YouTube, which may process information under their own privacy policies. You can also open the videos directly on YouTube.

Sharing your demo

Submit only material you are authorized to share. Use a listening link with appropriate access settings; avoid passwords, payment information or other sensitive details in your notes. The form stores the link, not an uploaded audio file.

Corrections or removal

You can request a correction or removal when Paul contacts you about the project. You may also submit a short follow-up through the project form identifying your earlier request and the change you want made.

Source rights

A request does not establish copyright ownership, approve commercial use, or clear third-party rights. Those questions are addressed separately before a project is accepted.
